Meet Caroline

Caroline is a Chartered Psychologist, Advanced Breathwork Facilitator, Equine Therapist and Spiritual Director with a proven track record for creating impactful, sustainable change at a corporate and personal level.  Drawing from her rich life experiences in business, competition, health and spirituality Caroline helps individuals navigate transformation with heart and purpose.  With God at the centre, her work fosters true, lasting change that is both beautiful and meaningful.

Our retreats are spirit-led, founded on biblical principles, fully immersed in nature and incorporate the most powerful spiritual practices.

We focus on small, compatible groups (maximum 6) in the ideal location (Tollymore Forest Park) and offer pre and post retreat support.
